The decision to see a counsellor can seem quite daunting but it is often the first step along the road to addressing our problems.

Sometimes just talking about our problems can help us accept and deal with painful feelings.

My work is Person Centred, experiential, creative, and non directive.  Within a confidential and peaceful setting I will listen without judgement or criticism.  Working at your own pace

I will offer you empathy and respect whilst helping you to clarify and understand your feelings.
